Another one bites the dust

News Story: Parent Of Obama-backed Battery Maker Goes Bankrupt | Fox News:

Well I was wondering just how many green energy companies is the Obama White House going to fund with our tax dollars before one actually makes a profit or at least survives long enough to produce actual energy…

So far there has been Solyndra: We gave them $528 million to make solar panels… Bankrupt…

Beacon Power: We gave them $43 million to become a energy storage location… Guess it would have stored all that green power Solyndra was supposed to create… Bankrupt…

Now Ener1: $118 million to produce batteries for the great green cars like the Chevy Volt… Bankrupt…

Of course that kind of leads me to say how great the demand is for the Chevy Volt… LOL! Yep it is so great that they just can’t keep them from bursting into flames… Oh wait that is a malfunction with the Obama tax money wasting Government Motors nationalization of the auto industry…  Such a great car that even the dealerships are refusing to buy or sell the Volt.

Some Chevy Dealers Rejecting Volts Amid Fire Concerns:

Some Chevy dealers spurn Volt allocation:

Now that BHO has given his State of the Union this week and promoted his green agenda again… So, how much more of our tax dollars are going to fund junk companies that can’t seem to survive?

“Reasonable” Profits?

Dems propose ‘Reasonable Profits Board’ to regulate oil company profits – The Hill’s Floor Action:

Anyone who supports this bill really does not believe in the American Dream. How could you?

If you believe this bill is good then I ask you where is it going to stop? Who gets to decide what is reasonable profit? Sooner or later that number will be a straight even $0 for everyone. You will go to work and everything will be taxed to the point no one will have anything. Well, except for those that make the laws and seem to always be exempt of the laws…

Once that happened where would anyone have a ounce of yearning to go to work? Why would they feel like bettering themselves to invent the next wheel in technology?

Yep he’s for jobs alright!

Canada Pledges to Sell Oil to Asia After Obama Rejects Keystone Pipeline – Bloomberg:

Great job Obama!

Yep your really for the American people! Kill a major job creator in multiple states, reduce oil prices and help a ally in the north of the continent. That’s ok… You have to help your buddies in China get a better price for oil to help them obtain the energy they need to over take the US.

Unions… Keep supporting the guy who keeps moving your jobs oversea… We’ll all be on the government dime before long at that rate.

Chasing those dreams away…

California governor calls for tax rises – FT.com:

There should be a new song wrote about California… I don’t think the old California Dreaming is the right song anymore. Hell it has turned down right into a nightmare for those of us still in California. Have those great governors of California not figured it out yet… Keep raising the taxes and the more people leave. The more people leave the less in taxes are being collected… If the people can’t pay their taxes and go home with something in their pockets then they will move their home and any business they do out of it. As such there are more jobs lost!

Lower taxes and more money will come in because people will start to be able to afford to live in California. The more people to can live in California the more money will move within the state.
