Not sure if I’m more angry or sadden by the current government shutdown…
Just a week ago the House sent 3 different bills to the Senate that could have stopped the shutdown but because the beloved Obamacare defunding Senator Reid wouldn’t let the bills be negotiated. So our country right now is in a shutdown over 1/10 of the budget. That means we have thousands of government employees that currently are sitting at home, thousands of Vets that are not sure if they we have their benefits when they need to visit the VA Hospitals, and in the only case of any government shutdown ever, we have open space parks and monuments closed to the public.
Well let me correct myself, all the parks are closed to those that aren’t protesting for more liberal agenda measures like immigration. But heaven forbid allowing War heroes from WWII who may never have a chance to see the monument in their honor visit them. Or the Vietnam Vets to visit the Wall… Oh and if you have a private home that is in the middle of one of the National Parks… Well hope you were able to pack your clothes. Then there are the private businesses that are being forced to close because they are on the side of the road in the parks too. Yeah your employees and you are banned from your place of business too. These are being done regardless of the guaranties of the Constitution to the right of property ownership!
Now what makes me wonder is how is it that opens space parks that normally have only a handful of rangers at most now have enough people and resources to enforce these shutdowns. Yep the government is spending much more to shutdown the government than it did to keep it open.
Now for some reason I just keep thinking and for some reason believe that these actions are the very same type of actions that we fought against in 1776. Yes I mean a tyrannical government.
Now I know many will tell me that I am wrong for my next comment but I believe this…
I am ashamed of each and every park ranger that took their oath of office and are in enforcing these park closures and turning away the citizens from these open parks and monuments. Especially those of you that have told the press that it is a disgrace to be doing this. Take a stand and stop enforcing the dictator Obama from turning away Americans from their own property! These parks are not the governments but the People of the United States of America! If he has no one to enforce his Socialist ways he has no way to hurt the American People!

There is a simple way to reject the treaty with the UN… The Senate actually doing what their powers are and enforce the Constitutional restrictions that are in Article II Section 3:
He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.
Instead of urging Obama to reject it, actually tell him he doesn’t have the 2/3 approval and if he does sign it IMPEACH the President as he should have for making appointments while the Congress was in session… Another breaking of the Constitution!

This is one of those news stories that I really hope is wrong. However, with the current President I really have to say I believe it is 100% real.
Now I do believe a government will have secret documents to protect the country. But that does not mean they should be able to lie about them either. For years the government has had secret documents about many things from military to diplomatic policies to ensure the country’s safety. But if allowed to lie about them to our own people then we might as well handle all our rights over to the government.
In the past we have seen this happen as a country, most that directly remember this are now in their 80′s and 90′s. They saw a man that was elected into power by using the peoples fears. In that case the fears were from economy, a past war, and pitting classes and cultures. That man then banned certain books, guns, promised prosperity for all. That person started World War II.
Yes I know what I am saying and I have never thought I would really compare an American President to Hitler, but if this news story is true…. Well he already has said he would bypass the Congress and use Executive Orders to pass the Jobs Bill…

News Story: Obama Justice sued for picking which laws to enforce:
When a government only does what it wants it is no longer a government for the people but a dictatorship. It does not matter if it is the elected officials passing laws that the people overwhelmingly voiced and protested against (ObamaCare) or laws already on the books and passed. A President does not get to pick and choose which laws he enforces. If he does not like them he can and should propose Congress to create a new law or request the Supreme Court to over turn them. But to out right refuse to enforce the law might as well allow the police to arrest and imprison or shoot a person that they feel are guilty of a crime without due process. And yes it is the same thing. In either case it is going against the will of the people.

If you are a true believer in the US and the US Constitution this should be considered a shot over the bow. The UN should not have any control over the way a country operates within it’s borders. Granted they tend to step in when they feel the need but all to often if it is a small country they simply turn a blind eye. But with this they see a big fish that they want to bring into their control.
With the current President and Senate, I would be very scared. Just think how the current Senate and past Congress just pushed the Obamacare Bill down your throat without reading or allowing you to read it and the majority of the US people rejecting it. As former House Speaker Pelosi said, “We don’t have time to read it now, we can go through it later.” Yes I was paraphrasing but it is very close to her words. Well the current Senate is still ran by Sen. Reid and he hasn’t changed his ways. So where is the stopping this agreement with the UN?
In any case, if you want to continue to be a free people and not a slave to foreign countries… Write your Senators TODAY! Don’t let the Constitution be thrown out to foreign control. And while your at it, let bring in back from the depths that the left has placed it.

So how much further are we going to let the government take our rights and liberties away? You can’t fly and in some places ride a bus without being groped or have very reviling pictures of you. They say it is to protect you. They say that it is so no terrorist will be able to fly a plane full of people into another building or take a bus full of people as hostages.
Many have took me without even batting an eye that they would rather have to go through this unconstitutional, 4th amendment breaking regulations. Yep most are not even laws passed by the Congress and signed by the President, of course the President picked and could fire Napolitano if he didn’t like what she was doing… Either way, this people that that believe this things are good tend to change there minds when you point out one simple thing, the bottleneck of people at the so called security checkpoint (Gee, when I was a kid I was always told how the commies did that to keep control of their people). This bottleneck that holds up 3-5 or more plane full of people in one spot that if a terrorist wanted to, well walk right into the middle and BOOM!
Well now they are moving this to the malls and hotels near you. They will tell you it is because the terrorist will not stop at killing you. Never mind in the past 9 years we have not had a single attack in a mall or hotel. Nope, it isn’t about your safety but about scaring you into giving up your rights. At the rate the government is going at “protecting you”, I am sure they will start to do interstate and highway check points to make sure no major city will be attacked.
One last thing, I have heard how we shouldn’t blame the TSA officers that are doing this checkpoints or the police officers that conduit the arrests when someone refuses to play along. Well I am sorry but as long as they are part of the checkpoints they are to blame too. If the TSA couldn’t hire or keep employees, how could they do what they are doing? As for the police, they all take a oath to uphold and protect the Constitution from all enemies… So as these regulations are unconstitutional they should not be enforcing them. I will no longer accept that they just need a job… Our founding Fathers sacrificed much more and yet they created the Constitution. Most became broke, lost loved ones and in the case of Ben Franklin, disowned and never talked to his son again.

Yep the democrats are on the move… They wanted to get out of town and not cost themselves more problems both doing their actual jobs. So they rushed a stopgap budget to keeps the government running but does nothing to create a new budget. Funny how they know they can get the votes for passing laws when they want to but blame the republicans when their party members won’t vote straight with the Democratic party…
Those of you that still want to blame the Republicans… Shut Up! The current balance of power is completely Democrats right now. If they wanted to pass any and all laws the Republican couldn’t even keep and filibuster going if they wanted too.
No this leaving town is about Democrats that are losing their seats and they need the time to repair their campaigns before the November elections. They didn’t want to have people second guessing their votes on the budget, new laws, or even the ethics of two of their members. They are in a panic of losing the House and Senate. Nothing more or less.

News Story: Lieberman Digs In on Public Option – WSJ.com:
Let me guess, he will say that he didn’t vote for the bill if it passes the Senate? Too bad he already voted for it and if it passes he is to blame too. He is to blame because now it only takes 51 votes to send it to Obama. Whereas, had he voted against it to even go into debate it would have been dead! Sorry Senator, You voted yes! Yes to get it into a spot where you could look good for voting against it when it passes. Dirty trick.
