Makes you wonder…

News Story: Gateway Pundit- Homeland Security Purchase Light Armored Trucks:
This story makes me wonder and ask why the federal government all of a sudden need such arms and armored vehicles when we have never had such an armed law enforcement before. As of today the so called Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has purchased billions of bullets under the guise of stocking up for target practicing of agents, created many areas where drones will be used to “ensure” public safety, and now they are purchasing light armored vehicles as quick response teams.

So what is my issues with these things? Simple. Never in our history has our government felt the need to have units or teams to be ready and able to deploy inside the US. In the past it was up to and I believe it should still be the responsibility of the local authorities. But now, all of a sudden we have a complete department in the federal government that is and appears to be a domestic arm of the military.

Now let look at what the current leftist plans are…

1. Purchase billions of round of ammo.
2. Use drones that can fly at high altitudes and tell if someone is armed and position people inside there homes.
3. Purchase light armed vehicles to be deployed anywhere within the US.
4. Create very restrictive gun laws that require even require those that already own weapons to have a background checks, confiscate weapons that are owned legally today be deemed illegal.
5. Create thousands of law bidding citizens into outlaws because they will refuse to follow the un-Constitutional laws being created.

The major point of this blog is, how can we trust a government that keeps strengthening their domestic authority, overstepping the Constitutional limits, and lies to the people as these current White House does today? Here are a few links to news articles that may surprise you.

I love it! The first Federal judge to rule that ObamaCare is un-Constitutional! It is about time!

U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson stated that it exceeds the constitutional boundaries of congressional power. That the federal government has no power to force people to buy health insurance, let allow for health insurance that meets certain levels. I love this for a couple reasons.

1. I want smaller and less government.
2. Doesn’t create more debt of this country.
3. This law has already increased the cost of health care in increased policy prices and equipment.

The only problem is that this is only the first step in overturning ObamaCare in the court system. But if it is held up in the Supreme Court, then no law simular will be created in the future.

Now as for BHO still thinking the Constitution give him full power of the states… Well he needs to reread the Constitution and see that in the 10th Amendment it states that states do not have to enforce or adopt non-Constitutional laws, i.e. federal laws. The only Laws of the Land that the states are to uphold and follow are those of the Constitution.  So for BHO to allow some states to request an exemption to any law let allow ObamaCare…. Well he can try to force the states, but has no Constitutional power to do so.
