While I wish we didn’t have any nukes and war was only a children’s game… Well niether are true statements and we have big enemies that have and hold huge numbers of nukes and want us to be destroyed… So how in any person’s head is it a good or even a remotely small thought that disarming the US of nukes is a good thing?

Here’s a clue… It is the man that bowed down to our enemies not just figuratively.  And yes the only man in the country that has done that is Obama. He has bowed to the Chinese leadership in the past and helped those in the Middle East take over countries that have been loyal allies. So while it may be a surprise to most that Obama wants to disarm the US to the point any country could walk in and take over does not surprise me. In fact it seems as if he so wants peace in the world he is willing to throw us under the bus… Or he just wants to promote the socialist fantasyland that he believes disarming will produce. What he seems to not understand is that disarming only one side of a conflict only brings death and take overs of the the other side.

Just look at the way a mad man did in the 30′s and 40′s… Once he disarmed the people he had no opposition…

So when do I move to a communist country where I have no rights to feed my child as I saw fit… Or where I could choose to have healthcare… Or where I could live like an American with the full freedoms that the US Constitution gave me?

I’m Not asking for much… Nope I am only asking for my God giving freedoms that the Constitution states I have. But no I don’t have those rights anymore and yet those who can commit crimes get to watch TV, read Playboy, and get a free education on my tax dollars while those that work hard and earn a living have to pay our way and theirs.

Many of you don’t seem to get it, the next step to these freedoms being lost is us losing the most basic of freedoms as described in the Declaration of Independence.

A borderless nation is a nation that will fall as foreign person enter it. I am not talking about those that cross the border legally and want to become part of the nation but those that cross illegally and use all of that nations resources without becoming a part of the nation it’s self.

Are we borderless? It appears to be that way when more illegals have more rights than those that enter legally and those that protect the border are once again arrested and at the whelm of the other country gets thrown in jail.

How is it that an illegal comes across the border, gets stopped and arrested ends up getting immunity at the request of his native country even though he had 75 pounds of drugs on him? Why is it that any country has any say as to the arrest of anyone in our country?

Free the border agent and clearf him and the other two of all charges or records of their BS arrests!

I love it! The first Federal judge to rule that ObamaCare is un-Constitutional! It is about time!

U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson stated that it exceeds the constitutional boundaries of congressional power. That the federal government has no power to force people to buy health insurance, let allow for health insurance that meets certain levels. I love this for a couple reasons.

1. I want smaller and less government.
2. Doesn’t create more debt of this country.
3. This law has already increased the cost of health care in increased policy prices and equipment.

The only problem is that this is only the first step in overturning ObamaCare in the court system. But if it is held up in the Supreme Court, then no law simular will be created in the future.

Now as for BHO still thinking the Constitution give him full power of the states… Well he needs to reread the Constitution and see that in the 10th Amendment it states that states do not have to enforce or adopt non-Constitutional laws, i.e. federal laws. The only Laws of the Land that the states are to uphold and follow are those of the Constitution.  So for BHO to allow some states to request an exemption to any law let allow ObamaCare…. Well he can try to force the states, but has no Constitutional power to do so.
