Keep the freaking lawyer out of the battlefield and allow our warriors to perform their duties! These three men were trained to go into hell and back and now are being punished for being trained to do just that.
This is like making a guard dog and then believe he won’t attack the first criminal through the door! They were trained, just like the other service member to fight. Then when you send them out you can’t expect them not to draw a little blood. What gets me the most is the fact that were capturing a creep that killed, burned and then hung American contractor from a bridge that scare us out of a war.
What do they think, that a man that could do such a thing would not put up a fight? Hell he was lucky that these SEALS followed order and brought him back alive and not in a BODY BAG! Hell I think they should have blown his ass apart with a rocket! That way he could cry about a bloody lip! In my humble opinion this dirty bag should be shot and then hung with a pig to ensure he goes straight to HELL!

News Story: City to homeowner: Let us in, or get out:
First off, if we as a nation allow such event to happen as they are to Mr. Marcavage on any level of government, we might as well just bow down to the government. Just let them have our lives as they see fit, turn over all our labors to them and let them tell us what is right for them and wrong for us. Yes it does sound like a parent and child relationship, but it is not supposed to be. It is supposed to be a boss to employee relationship, where we are the boss and they are the employees.
So how did such a law ever get accepted? What could justify it? The simple answer is fear. Yes, fear. That is how most laws are created today in the post 9-11 attack. So what is the fear that created this law? Well in my opinion it probably was one of two possible fears.
- Fear of terrorist- The law could have been passed and accepted by the masses to protect them from the possible terrorist next door.
- Fear of a drug lab – With all the fear that a meth lab could be next door and the chemicals that are used to make them, this fear could stem to the health concerns, gang violence and possible kids using drugs.
In either case the people are being told it is just another method to protect them from the evils of the world. The mind set is that we should allow the government to provide us with the security and safety that each of us have within our own abilities. Sure we can’t have a shot out with a terrorist in the middle of our streets or raid persons house if we believe they are running a meth lab, but we can join neighborhood watched and be proactive in our communities by talking to our neighbors instead of being locked up in our houses.
One of the best quotes that our founding father of this great nation gave us is: “Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.” -Benjamin Franklin
This is just as true today as it was when he said it back then. Ever time we rely on the government to provide a solution to protect us in any form, security, healthcare, welfare, or etc., it is just another way for the government to take away your rights. They will continue this through the fear of this or that happening.
Most gun laws have been created and passed in this method. They tell you that by passing this or that law, it will take the guns out of the criminals hands… So when was the last time that a criminal cared to follow the law? So, that means these laws only take the guns out of the law biding citizen and not the criminals hands. So in the case of warrantless searches of a any household, rented or not is nothing more than a loss of rights and fixed nothing.
Here is the Forth Amendment of the US Constitution:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
