Is BHO really going to be the first President since the War Powers Act was created to break it? Not a President in the pass, Democrat or Republic party ever broke that law. In fact most have requested Congressional approval before even the first plane left the ground en route.

But what really makes me wonder what BHO used as a reason he didn’t have to get Congressional okay was his view of what aggression is. He stated that the US was not in the middle of hostilities… Just because he has sent planes dropping 500lb bombs and Navy ships launching Tomahawk missiles into Libya to hit the Presidential Palace… Nope that isn’t hostilities…  So was Pearl Harbor a hostile attack on the US? I guess in BHO’s mind it must have been just target practice…
